Although it is very rare for a meter to be out of calibration, testing your Keto-Mojo GKI meter and strips with our glucose and ketone control solution is a way to ensure your meter is giving you accurate results.
Our control solutions contain a known amount of glucose and β-Ketone. It is applied to a test strip just like a normal blood sample. We provide you with 2 levels of control solution for Dual Quality Assurance

Expiration is either 6 months from opening the bottle, or the printed expiration date, whichever comes first.
Please refer to the Owner's Manual that came with your meter for complete testing instructions. The manual is printed in 8 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Russian, Arabic.

Keto-Mojo provides a lifetime warranty on meter kits for the original purchaser. Your meter must be registered within 30 days of purchase to activate the warranty. After the 14-day return window, meters are eligible for replacement under warranty only — no refunds are issued after 30 days. For full details see our Warranty Policy.
The meter itself does not expire. Test strips, lancets, and control solution have expiration dates printed on their packaging — always check before use. Keep strips sealed until use and store away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. For more information see our Strip Expiration Guide.
EU meters use GKI strips only. GKI glucose strips and GKI ketone strips are not interchangeable with each other or with GK+ strips sold in the US and Canada. If you're unsure which strips you need, please contact support@keto-mojo.com.
EU customers have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To submit a withdrawal request, use our [withdrawal form] or email support@keto-mojo.com.
Please note: blood glucose and ketone test strips and lancets are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons. Once the seal is broken after delivery, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to these products. All other products, including meters and meter kits, carry the full 14-day right.
