Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy

This policy explains your right of withdrawal (in the UK, your right to cancel) when you buy physical products from Keto-Mojo Europe B.V. ("we", "us", "our") through our online store as a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom. It applies in addition to, and does not affect, your other statutory rights.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, your right of withdrawal arises under Directive 2011/83/EU (as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673).
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have equivalent rights to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
The 14-day period and the exclusions described below apply on substantially the same basis under both regimes.
This policy covers purchases of physical goods. Digital services and app subscriptions (including MyMojoHealth) are governed by their own separate terms.

To exercise your right, you must tell us your decision through a clear statement. The easiest way is to use our withdrawal form:
You will receive confirmation of receipt by email without undue delay.
You may also use the model withdrawal / cancellation form in Section 8 below, or make any other clear statement of your decision (for example, by email to support@keto-mojo.com or by letter to our address in Section 9). Using the withdrawal form or the model form is optional but recommended.
To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
4. Effects of withdrawal / cancellation
If you withdraw or cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any extra costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
5. Returning the goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw.
Before returning any item, please contact us at support@keto-mojo.com to receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping cost: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
6. Reduction for diminished value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning — that is, beyond the sort of handling you could reasonably do in a shop.
7. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal / cancellation
In line with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and, for UK consumers, regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013), the right of withdrawal / cancellation does not apply to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once they have been unsealed after delivery.
The following products are supplied sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons. Once the seal is broken after delivery, the right of withdrawal / cancellation no longer applies to that product:
While the packaging of these products remains sealed and unopened, your full 14-day right continues to apply and you may return them in accordance with this policy.
All other products — including meters, meter kits, and control solutions — carry the full 14-day right of withdrawal described above. Meter kits are treated as a single product for the purposes of this policy; the right of withdrawal applies to the kit as a whole regardless of whether any components inside have been opened.
